Javen Construction is currently accepting applications for a laborer/carpenter to work in Buffalo, New York. Minorities are encouraged to apply. The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- Must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in commercial construction completing General Trades work.
- Must be willing and able to perform general labor work and basic carpentry tasks.
- Mathematical skills necessary to measure and cut material accurately.
- Must be familiar with and provide basic hand tools.
- Must be able to perform tasks involving physical labor and be able to lift 100 lbs.
- Able to understand verbal and written instructions.
- Must hold a 10-hour OSHA card.
- Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license

Javen Construction is currently accepting applications for a carpenter/laborer to work in in and around the Rochester area. 2nd shift work may be required.
The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:
• Must have a minimum of 2 years' experience in commercial construction completing General Trades work.
• Must be willing and able to perform general labor work and basic carpentry tasks including demolition, rough carpentry, drywall and acoustical work
• Mathematical skills necessary to measure and cut material accurately.
• Must be familiar with and provide basic hand tools.
• Must be able to perform tasks involving physical labor and be able to lift 100 lbs.
• Able to understand verbal and written instructions and carry out instructions independently.
• 10-hour OSHA card a plus
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
