Steve Spitz acts as the Executive-in-Charge of Construction working closely with the project managers to secure work and maintain the quality, safety, and schedule of work in progress.
Project Managers are responsible to coordinate and motivate our workforce and subcontractors to keep projects safe and on-schedule. They work very closely with owners, subcontractors, and superintendents to insure that the goals regarding schedule, quality, safety, and cost are met in the best interests of our clients.
Superintendents work daily in the field to oversee the subcontractors and our employees. They are our first line of defense for safety, quality and cost control. We employ a group of seasoned professionals who help us provide the client with a superior finished product.
